 The Benjamin Franklin Parkway is one of Philadelphia's main thoroughfares. This cultural Boulevard is filled with many of the city's museums, hotels, churches and fountains. This scene was captured from 18th Street looking down towards City Hall. In this view of the Parkway you can see some of the many international flags that line this picturesque avenue.
